SHIPPING 

How much will shipping cost me?

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight and size of the items in your order.

Can I track my shipment?

We ship with NZ Couriers, Courier Post and Sub60 for orders within New Zealand, and use Fedex and Air Freight for all international orders.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Can you ship to overseas addresses?

Yes. We ship worldwide

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

No, we can only ship orders directly to a street address.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Estimated shipping times for the shipping method you selected:

North Island New Zealand:  1-2 Working Days 

South Island New Zealand:   2-3 Working Days

Australia:  2-3 Working Days

All other International destinations: from 4 to 10 working days

 

RETURNS

What is your policy on returns?

Any garments that are printed, washed, dyed, re-labelled or decorated are non-returnable.

All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your orders.

The item I received was defective or incorrect.

If you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective, please contact Uniform Shelf via email to advise us of  the situation.
We will then find the best way to send you the replacement at no charge, usually within 2-3 working days.
